The NCRA link is to the The National Campus and Community Radio Association: your first stop for acquiring media and sharing and distributing yours.
The community media site contains lots of info to help you get off the ground and the paper work under way.
The Government sites are requiried for forms, rules and many regs. Nav Canada and Transport Canada are needed for tower heights and flight clearance.
